Experience in Generator and Turbine rehabilitation and replacement. Troubleshooting problems with generators, turbines, and bearings. Experience in disassembly/reassembly, Generator stator core and rewinds, repairs, turbine repairs, alignment, commissioning and startup. From project planning through startup.
Quality Assurance Support
Experience in quality assurance oversight of on site and off site work including all phases of construction. Inspecting new and refurbished components at machine, manufacturing and fabrication shops. Experience in manufacturing and refurbishment of babbitt bearing and associated components. Experience in oversight of fabrication, installation and startup of large generation equipment. Monitoring shop work and verifying dimensions and tolerances, testing, and documenting results for reporting to clients.
Project Support
Experience in project planning, scoping, technical review, constructability, schedule development and review, job startup, coordination with owners and subcontractors, jobsite visits providing Quality Assurance for construction, safety and monitoring progress of work.
